Efficient logistics processes and optimization functions for higher climate protection
Berlin, April 4, 2022 - At the LogiMAT from May 31 to June 2, 2022 (Hall 8, Booth D70), PSI Logistics GmbH will present numerous trade fair innovations for the planning and control of efficient logistics processes as well as optimization functions for more climate protection and proactive risk management in the supply chain.
For the first time, the proven warehouse management system PSIwms will be presented in an industry-specific preconfigured e-commerce solution. The best-practice complete package is specifically designed for the processes and work requirements relevant to e-commerce and Omni-channel. The cloud-based industry solution is available immediately and requires no additional programming effort while enabling short project runtimes. Similar to the new PSIwms release, the e-commerce template features new configurable work screens and a new Graphical User Interface for convenient user interface customization and improved performance.
The transport control forklift control system will be shown in a stand-alone solution as a complete web application for optimized productivity and resource planning of internal transports. The solution marks the entry into the future fully web-based PSIwms.
A further innovation is the PSI Smart Routing Services. The cloud-based service PSIsrs for proactive and efficient route planning delivers highly precise routing results with intelligent functions and low time expenditure, taking into account customer-specific configurations.
PSIglobal, the software for intelligent supply chain network design, will be presented with emission calculator and integrated scenario technology as a software system for proactive risk management, optimized resource use in the supply chain, de-carbonization and design of a green supply chain.
The trade fair presentation will be rounded off with innovations in PSI's ERP and MES software solutions.
The PSI Group develops its own software products for optimizing the flow of energy and materials for utilities (energy grids, energy trading, public transport) and industry (metals production, automotive, mechanical engineering, logistics). The industry-specific products, which are built from standard components, are sold both directly and via the multi-cloud PSI App Store and can also be customized by customers and partners themselves. PSI was founded in 1969 and employs about 2,200 people worldwide.
