Software Development

Your tasks in the area of software development include analyzing and designing customer requirements, developing and continuously improving our software, testing and documenting the solutions and assisting the support team with error analysis and troubleshooting.

Consulting

As a consultant, you will work on the digitalization and optimization of our customers' business processes. In collaboration with business experts, project participants and implementation teams, you will specify, design, implement, test and document solutions that are precisely tailored to our customers' needs. You build trusting relationships with them and optimize their production processes and system landscapes. Your activities in consulting at PSI also include conducting workshops and training courses as well as configuring and adapting our systems to meet our customers' requirements.

Project Management

Project management is responsible for our IT projects, for example in the logistics or energy sector. Your tasks as a project manager include planning, controlling and reporting on projects, working closely with customers, suppliers and project teams to successfully implement our solutions. It is important that you inspire our customers and partners at management and team level and ensure that the requirements and expectations of all stakeholders are met. Office Management

Organizing and coordinating - these are your main tasks in Office Management at PSI. You manage resources and support management with administrative tasks. Your day-to-day business includes, for example, scheduling appointments, correspondence, reception and support for customers and partners as well as organizing meetings and events. You will work closely with internal teams and external service providers. With your organizational talent and communication skills, you will play a key role in ensuring that the office runs smoothly.

Marketing

As a marketing expert at PSI, you will develop and implement strategies and measures to raise awareness of our brand and products. Your tasks include, for example, positioning the PSI brand, customer loyalty activities, analyzing competitors and coordinating and implementing cross-media marketing campaigns. You will create marketing plans, carry out market analyses and develop our brand message - always in close collaboration with internal teams and external agencies. You will also plan and implement targeted advertising measures, manage online marketing, organize events and create marketing materials for various platforms and channels in order to reach our target groups effectively.

HR

Your tasks in the HR department at PSI are varied: you support our employees in various phases of the Employee Life Circle. Depending on the job profile, you will be responsible for recruiting new employees, developing training programs and advising on HR issues. With your knowledge of employment law and your communication skills, you will contribute to a positive working environment. You will work closely with managers and various departments to ensure that our employees receive the best possible support and development.
