It goes quickly
After your application, you will receive an immediate confirmation of receipt. This way you can be sure that your application has been received. We aim to respond to your application within seven working days. This is often quicker! Our motivation when we find each other: After your application, it takes a maximum of three weeks to sign a contract.
Job interviews
Well done! If you and your application convince us, Pioneering a smarter world begins: with an initial online interview - so that we can get to know each other. This is the classic way of finding out what tasks await you at PSI. But that's not all: of course you also have the chance to ask questions about your future job. If the chemistry and expertise are right, we will continue with a second interview. And then the contract offer is not far away. By the way: The interview participants vary depending on the position. Employees from the HR department are often present, as are HR managers or those who are currently filling the position.
After the contract is signed
Now it's time for your onboarding program. We have a roadmap to guide you through the induction and make your start easier. You will have contacts and colleagues in your team who will support you from day 1 with the help of mentoring and team building. So you'll really hit the ground running. As a highlight, you'll be invited to our headquarters so that you can soak up the structures and cooperation at PSI. And then? Then it really starts: Pioneering a smarter world.
