PSI will show at LogiMAT in Stuttgart (booth D41, hall 4) from March 11 to 13, 2025, how intelligent software solutions comprehensively improve logistics processes. Focus will be on the first AI-based platform, PSIwms AI, which is directly connected to the Warehouse Management System and optimizes PSIwms-supported warehouse processes.

PSI Software SE, Berlin, sells the Mobility business unit to Altamount Software GmbH, an investment platform belonging to CHAPTERS Group AG. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price of the transaction until the closing of the share transfer.
