Privacy Consent to Receive Marketing Information

Object of the consent

You would like to receive marketing information about PSI products and services from PSI Software SE and its affiliated companies (together "PSI") by electronic message (e.g. e-mail) or telephone.

To this end, you have the option of expressly indicating your interest in certain products and services (e.g. via a form).

The profile is also supplemented by the following information, which you have provided yourself on the PSI website or which may be stored in PSI's customer relationship management systems ("CRM"):

• personal contact details (e.g. name, e-mail, company, function, country, telephone number)
• Information about the company you work for (e.g. address, industry and any other publicly available information).

The data described in the preceding paragraph ("Data") will be used by PSI to send me certain information (e.g. newsletters, invitations to trade fairs and events, surveys) about products and services of interest to me by e-mail or telephone.

Your data will be deleted from the marketing automation system of PSI Software SE if it is no longer required for marketing purposes or if you have withdrawn your consent.

Data transfer

PSI Software SE may pass on your data to its affiliated companies listed in the current annual report for the purposes listed above.

In addition, your data may be passed on to PSI's CRM systems for sales purposes. They will then be processed on the basis of PSI's legitimate interest (Art. 6 I 1 f) GDPR), as described in the privacy policy.

Revocation and further information

You have the right to revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future via a link contained in the respective e-mail or via the mailbox info@psi.de.

If you withdraw your consent, you will no longer receive any further marketing information from PSI based on this consent.
