Robert Klaffus in office as new CEO since November 1, 2023

Berlin, November 15, 2023 - As part of the generation change in the Executive Board announced on May 15, 2023, Robert Klaffus took office as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PSI Software SE on November 1, 2023. From 2005 to 2023, he held various positions in the Siemens Group, most recently as Senior Vice President Operations in the Electrification Division.

For Karsten Trippel, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, the generation change in the Executive Board team is an important step in the continuation of the PSI Group's long-term growth strategy.

We are convinced that with Robert Klaffus' appointment as CEO we have set the course for the successful further development of PSI into a modern integrated software company.
